Rockville, Virginia (February 11, 2022) – Ruh Global IMPACT is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Azadeh Abbaszadehas Project Executive Director of Research.
Dr. Azadeh Abbaszadeh is a Researcher, Innovator, Keynote Speaker, and Influencer in supporting the community of People with Disabilities, particularly the Down Syndrome Community.
Her reputation, expertise, and dedication to supporting the community of people with disabilities globally are exemplary and well known.
Dr. Azadeh’s efforts in this position are critically important to our organization and necessary to jointly dedicate research and analysis to create and successfully implement programs that support the Persons with Disabilities communities locally in Iran and internationally.
In addition, she is currently holding the position “President of Down Syndrome Foundation of Iran.
Founder & CEO of Down Syndrome Division in Cellular-Molecular Research Center at IUMS. As well as Founder & CEO of “Wall47”.
With many years of experience in diversity and disability inclusion, she launched the National Down Syndrome Foundation of Iran and initiatives of sports teams all over the country. She held educational and cultural classes for people with Down Syndrome in English, Acting, and – Painting classes.
She participated in some popular TV shows on TV channels, podcasts, and interviews with various news agencies to raise public awareness about disability and people with Down Syndrome.
She was honored as Down Syndrome Global Ambassador by the Down Syndrome Foundation of Port Louis, Mauritius, and recently appointed as a country partner for the global movement Billion-Strong Organization in Iran.
