Dear Traveler,

ILUNION T.A. in conjunction with Ruh Global Communications is assisting the travel & leisure industry with helping collect valuable insight to providing its customers with the best service and quality experience when traveling either locally or abroad.  In line with their commitment to continuous improvement, the travel industry is looking to examine their current performance across a broad range of issues critical in providing the best possible traveler experience. The best way to do this is by asking you, as a travel (either for business or leisure) to participate in this brief Traveler Survey and to provide us with your opinion based on your own travel experiences.

This important traveler survey is being conducted by ILUNION T.A., an independent research consultancy organization. ILUNION T.A. undertakes to keep your responses strictly confidential.

The survey is completed on-line, is anonymous and should take around 5 minutes to complete. We encourage you to complete this survey in a quiet time when you are able to concentrate without interruption.
