Hilton has a flexible range of skills; he loves gaming and thinks that everyone should have the opportunity to play video games. His work in Inclusion recently started, but it is driven by his passion to ensure that the positive experiences that gaming has given him are available for all.

Hilton believes that access to reliable internet across disenfranchised communities is essential and should be considered a human right. He manages Ruh Global´s Twitch Channel where he has interviewed gamers with disabilities, bringing up the volume on what it means for the community of People With Disabilities to be included in video games, both as characters and as players.
